Aabhari Trust was founded in 2014. The Trust organises programs that have social impact leveraging various traditional art forms. Aabhari Trust has organised programs about health awareness and impact of mobile phones through folk art forms like Yakshagana. Furthermore, such programs aim to propagate our rich culture besides providing due recognition to the artists.

Subraya Hegde has been performing Yakshagana (a traditional theatre form which is the combination of dance, music, dialogue, costume, make-up, and stage techniques with a unique style and form). He stood as a director for over 20 years.
